About a week ago I was asked to help in the re-launch of a fancy dress shop called Props N Frocks in Battlesbridge, Essex. The BBC had been filming Props N frocks as part of a new BBC2 program to be shown in the new year about helping family businesses back on their feet. They had been filming the shop and the family who runs Props N Frocks for about 6 weeks previously and all that was left to film was the re-launch.

This weeks chart update sees JLS at the number one spot with their new single "Take A Chance On Me". This will be the second track released from their new album Jukebox which will be released on 14th November 2011.

Rihanna has held on to the top spot this week with her new single, We Found Love featuring Calvin Harris. Rihanna is no stranger to having number one singles.

We have a new number 1 this week by a fresh new artist. Sak Noel, has topped the charts this week with his debut single "Loca People". The Spanish DJ and music producer has got himself a number one single, not just in the UK but also in Belgium, Denmark and the Netherlands. The track is now massive all over Europe, with it's funky bass line and feel good vibe.

Dippy Dappy with his new solo single "No Regrets" is this weeks number 1. Before I carry on I want you to know that I am obviously a music lover, but this track for me is not a UK number 1 and maybe just proves that a high percentage of the population that actually buy music these days are young and are into artists with no real talent.
