This Saturday me and Lee were in Southend for Jade & Lewis’s wedding reception at Park Inn by Radisson Palace. 
Jade & Lewis were our winners from the Echo’s ‘Win A Wedding’ competition in February. Time really does fly as it only seemed like a few weeks ago since we were last here for the ‘Win A Wedding’ open day.
It was a really hot day with temperatures hitting 28/29 degrees and the traffic was pretty bad coming into Southend so we left half hour earlier than we would normally to avoid running late.
We arrived on time despite the heavy traffic and got our DJ gear in the venue and setup ready for a 7pm start.
It was around 8pm we announced the cutting of the cake and went straight into the first dance after that which was Ed Sheeran – Photography.
We had a few on the dance floor straight from the off and the requests started coming in. We had a good mix of requests that came in which made it easy for us to keep people dancing till midnight.
